ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT STRATEGY

Factor TG ( www.factortg.com ) provides marketing performance measurement to top-100 advertisers, advertising agencies and online publishers. Our marketing research solutions include cross media advertising campaign effectiveness measurement and optimization, online/offline/new media campaign evaluation and brand tracking. We measure and report on the performance (brand and response metrics) of each advertising campaign. We provide strategic and tactical recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our clients marketing initiatives.

We are seeking an Account Director, Client Strategy to join our expanding account management team.

The Account Director, Client Strategy owns the client relationship for multiple key accounts. You have the hands-on marketing and advertising analysis experience to guide the development, execution and final deliverables of each advertising effectiveness research study. You will provide (write and present) insights and strategic recommendations to help our clients' take actions on the research results and findings. You are responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, beyond existing scope.

You will work with sales to define the scope of work, project timeline and key deliverables. You are responsible for exceeding clients' expectation on each deliverable. You are a hands-on team leader that enjoys mentoring the team players within account management and across other disciplines (such as research and technology).

Job Requirements:

  • 7 years of hands-on marketing/advertising analysis experience. With at least five years of client interfacing project management experience.
  • Experience across a wide variety of marketing analysis disciplines, such ROI measurement, media mix modeling, advertising effectiveness, media effectiveness, response analysis and prediction, segmentation and consumer profiling.
  • Demonstrated capability of leading consumer research and analysis initiatives from project design through communication/dissemination of relevant findings.
  • Experience with media planning and analysis.
  • Experience working within a small team environment in a support capacity, but also experience in directly managing personnel.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams that include internal resources (research, technology, sales) and external partners (media agencies, creative agencies and online publishers).
  • Data Proficiency. Experience working with various types of data, including data sourced from consumer surveys, as well as from transactional histories.
  • Computer/Analysis Tools: Familiarity with a variety of analytic tools, including SPSS or SAS. Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Mining Applications is also helpful.
  • Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several client relationships/expectations
  • Ability to accommodate client travel
  • BS degree Required

Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills are essential to this role. Most of all you need to have initiative, be enthusiastic, a self-starter and an hands-on leader.
