Factor TG, a leader in online marketing research innovation, is seeking a smart, motivated and experienced Research Account Executive to manage project delivery to advertising agencies, and other company clients. Position Responsibilities The Research AE is responsible for client project delivery. Specific responsibilities include Working with sales team members to understand client contracts and deliverables Serving as primary contact for clients in scheduling project work and monitoring the fulfillment of project deadlines. Coordinating internal resources including survey programming and technical requests. Contributing to project work, particularly the development of research instruments, the management of deliverables, as well as data entry and the editing of client deliverables (e.g. reports and presentations). Reviewing research findings and writing client reports, soliciting input from senior team members. Required Experience Direct-to-customer project delivery experience; 3 - 4 years professional work experience in online media or online research; A bachelor's degree Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated ability to learn new applications as needed; Outstanding organization, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) ability; Superior phone skills Desired Experience Online media experience Online ad serving technologies SPSS Additionally, the successful candidate will bring an active interest in marketing research, advertising, and online media.
