Site Satisfaction Studies
Does your site meet users' needs and expectations? You can't afford not to know.

Overview

Factor TG's Site Satisfaction study provides a systematic approach to gathering insight into the expectations and experience of your site. Surveys are implemented to intercept randomly sampled users at different points of the site, such as before, during, or after they undertake a certain task on the site, such as registration or purchase.

A Site Satisfaction survey includes a powerful reporting module showing real time reports, cross tabs, and raw response data. Site Satisfaction also integrates with other Factor TG modules.
